02:00pm - 05:00pm Stamina Row. Meet at 1400 to leave at 1415. Bring a buoyancy aid or lifejacket in case we head out beyond pile 10/the lifeboats at Warsash. Where we row will be decided on the day depending on wind and tide conditions and the experience of the crew. :: Club Row
