09:00am - 10:30am Meet at 0900 to leave at 0915. Back by 1030 ( tides) Coffee in Jolly afterwards :: Club Row

10:00am - 12:00pm Morning Row Meet at 1000 to leave at 1015. Back by 1200 ( tides) :: Club Row
06:00pm - 07:30pm Evening Row Meet at 1800 to leave at 1815. Wear buoyancy aid/ lifejacket and bring a headtorch :: Club Row

10:00am - 12:30pm Stamina Row. Meet at 1000 to leave at 1015. A row of five miles plus ( depending on the weather, conditions and experience). Bring a buoyancy aid/ lifejacket for if we row out beyond the Warsash lifeboats/ Pile 10 :: Club Row
