02:00pm - 04:30pm Social Row Meet at 1400 to leave at 1415 :: Club Row
04:30pm - 06:00pm Just Row Meet at 1630 to leave at 1645 :: Club Row

06:00pm - 07:30pm Evening Row Meet at 1800 to leave at 1815. Bring buoyancy aid/ lifejacket and a headtorch. Sunset 1850 :: Club Row

10:00am - 01:00pm Stamina Row: meet at 1000 to leave at 1015. A row of 5 miles plus. Bring buoyancy aid or lifejacket in case we go out of the river past post 10/ Warsash lifeboats. Decide on the day where we will row based on the conditions and experience of the rowers. :: Club Row
