10:00am - 01:00pm Stamina Row: meet at 1000 to leave at 1015. A row of 5 miles plus. Bring buoyancy aid or lifejacket in case we go out of the river past post 10/ Warsash lifeboats. Decide on the day where we will row based on the conditions and experience of the rowers. :: Club Row
